Portraits and Candids of Construction Workers
Last week I shared some of the photographs of diverse animal and birds at Bannerghatta Biological Park, Bangalore. This week, I will be sharing some of the selected portrait and candid photographs of the workers at a construction site in Bangalore.
I captured these photographs on two different days, from early to late evening. I especially loved capturing the portraits of these workers as they all come with different mood, expressions and personality. I also spent some quality time interacting with these workers and learnt that they highly appreciate “the importance of education” in their life. Even though, they were less qualified (education-wise), they wanted their kids to excel in education and become “Doctors and Engineers” some day. To fulfil their this dream, they work day and night, eat food which sustains them only for the day and do “overtime” to get some more money.
I hope you will like these images. Please do send your comments/feedback at the end of the post. This helps me improve upon my work. More about me : here and you can contact me here.
So, which particular image did you like the most?
